Looking for long term staff(Including owners)

Hello MC-Market Community. I am currently looking for owners/admins to help start and run a server. Requirements:

• 16+
• Can help fund
• Put dedicated effort and time into the server
• Experienced in managing/owning a Minecraft Server

Information ~
We currently have a server that we recently bought. We have an advertiser that will be advertising for us once the server is released. We have everything needed except: Webstore, Website. We will be starting out as a faction server but will be branching into other gamemodes as well and maybe even mini-games. We currently have 2 owners and are looking for a maximum of 5(3 more).

Why us? ~
We have experience in running servers and managing them with a great build team, developer team, and managers. We are looking to have a server enjoyable for all players and make the best experience. We have some funds to do this and will be putting forward as much as we can to contribute to this.

He's saying owners having ROI as in they fund $500 and they would have an ROI so if they invest in the server they will get paid back 10% ROI meaning they will be paid $550 when profits are made.

You never stated there would be any return, you also said the position isn't currently paid. What am I to assume?
