Hey i'm looking for a longterm developer position on any minecraft server.
(Preferable 1.8 but other versions are fine too)
I will be working completly for free and so i prefer a server environment that is atleast not heavily p2w, preferable close to no p2w of course because i am coding for peoples enjoyment and not to scam a bunch of money of kids. I know a server needs money to run but we all know there are better ways to monetize the server without creating major unbalances.
Getting that out of the way i would prefer a server that is already somewhat up and running (with a playerbase) because in the past i have worked on so many projects and all of them just went nowhere, basically wasting my time and efforts. I'm not the absolute best dev, but also not the worst and im using best coding standards to my knowledge. Again, im working for free so please don't waste my time about things like "quality of code". I'm assuming i won't be the only dev on said server so they can judge my code if necessary and there will be no loss for your server, if the code is really somehow that bad you can just kick me from the team and i wanna make this clear because even tho i believe i can code just about anything and the code has a very high quality, if theres something i cant code then i can still help with other things or think about solutions. I got prejudged by so many people who haven't even seen a line of code from me or given me any task but they still rejected me. So again you can only gain something by letting me help on your server. And i will obviously not leak the code of some random server, also because its illegal. So if you read this through, just give me a chance and then we can see further. If your server doesn't have the listed requirements you can still message me if you want and i will decide if it looks promising.

I'm 22 years old btw because some people will ask.

Its funny how you are double wrong.

Hey! I'm not sure if you're offering your development services or trying to request a developer. There's a lot of confusion in the title, I'd recommend changing it to:
"[OFFERING] Long-term Development Services (Unpaid)" if you're offering services or,
"[REQUESTING] Long-term Development Services (Unpaid) if you'd like to request for a developer.

Either way, wish you the best of luck :)

I don't see how services makes it more clear than position? I'm looking for a position im not doing services. The title couldn't be more clear.

I've had a post with this same argument, so I don't bother to make a post requesting a position. Instead, just look for people needing a developer.

Developing is a service, the job itself is a position but saying "looking for developer" makes it sound like you're genuinely looking for a developer, it's just unclear that's all. Didn't mean to offend you in any way
