Hello my name is Will aka Fresh, I am offering management services for a project or server. I have multiple years of experience on servers as a manager or other staff member. I would love to learn more about anyone looking for someone with my skill set,
1. Welcoming players when they join a discord and/or server
2. Discord organization such as creating channels, updating roles/permissions, and setting up premade bots like Dyno, Rhythm, and Mee6
3. Document writing of all types including staff handbooks, rules, punishment guidelines, player guides, terms of service, privacy policy, etc.
4. Creating events (both discord and Minecraft community)
5. Moderating a forum/website (keeping forum chat active, checking for bad posts, etc.)
6. Making staff applications for different roles and reviewing them as they come in
7. Recruiting and managing staff including interviewing, assigning tasks, and training new staff 11. Updating records for website, server, email, etc.
8. Administrating server projects (i.e. overseeing build, directing helpers to various tasks, etc.).
9. In-game work stuff (determining shop prices, mine consistencies, kits, etc.)
10. Helping to generate ideas
11. Checking for hackers and interacting with players within day-to-day gameplay
12. Organizing lists, documents, spreadsheets
13. Creating presentations/meeting agendas
14. Generating detailed budget sheets and overseeing finances (revenues, expenses, net income)
15. General business strategy advice
16. Helping with "random services" like Photoshop editing, WordPress, etc
