Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is Jack C or Enumeration as people call me, I'm 23 and currently, a student at UCF majoring in Computer Science and I need someone to work with me to make the server great. I'm a System Admin and Developer on MC-Market in my spare time, therefore, any backend issues and plugin development will be taken care of.

Requirements:
• At least 15 years of age
• Known in the Factions Community (Good)
• Driven towards success
• Proficient in English and have a decent microphone
• Online often
• Know how to follow directions
• Willing to sign a written agreement

Payment:
You will receive a percentage cut of the server depending on how much time and effort you put in. Will be discussed privately.

Duties:
• Overlooking all of the staff
• Making decisions on applications
• Managing announcements
• Approving suggestions
• Managing the forums
