Hey! I'm an Owner over at the Discord Community known as MinemanLounge. We have recently branched out into new markets and decided to create our own Server of which we are currently searching for staff for.

I would like to say that admins should be people you trust or know that they will get their work done. Trainees are just starting and needing to learn. Mods have past experience and can be trusted. I do not think though that people should apply for senior admin or Mod+ or anything. They should be earned that’s why the game were added to most servers. Not you be given off to who ever applies.

I suppose your right, however no one will likely be accepted into any role higher than Mod or Mod+ and it will all depend on past experience as well as the detail and effort of the application/interview. Might seem pointless to list the others but eh why not
