Looking for manager positions on a network...

No before we get started, this isn't just HCF specific, though that is what I am currently looking for. If you have any other type of server and are looking to hire me as a manager, please reply to this thread or PM me.

I am currently looking for a position as a manager on a HCF server or network.

Why? You may ask. Well, it is due to my previous involvement with the HCF community, and my dreams to come back into it. To my experience, the HCF community is the most experienced and skillful of any of the other communities revolving around minecraft servers, inclusive of Skyblock, Factions and other.

I have previously worked for a HCF network called RecklessMC, around 6 months ago. This network shut down due to poor budgeting skills from the ownership team. And not my inexperience as a manager and system administrator.

I am a professional Staff Manager, Advertising Manager and Staff Member for any HCF network which is willing to take me on. And I have a bunch to offer.

Most of the services which I offer:

• The ability to make tough decisions and not sleep on it.
• I hire professional and experienced staff members, which are trusted and unlikely to use their given powers in any negative regard.
• Ability to hold bi-weekly or monthly staff meetings, and converse with staff on an active basis. This is to ensure all staff members and workers are immersed in their given roles.
• High-quality forums managment. - I have a lot of experience with XenForo, and how the moderation side of this software works. I can offer good moderation, and administration if needed.
• Ability to act as a staff member if no other staff members are around... This will ensure that your server is always free of Cheaters and those wanting to use unfair advantages. (Besides your anti-cheat).
• I find good youtubers and advertising for the job... If required, I can provide and locate advertising for your server. I currently have a small, but quickly growing channel of nearly 300 subscribers in the past 2 weeks. So I could be beneficial to have on-board.
• Effective TeamSpeak managment and administration... On top of discord, I have a lot of experience in TeamSpeak and TeamSpeak Servers in general. I have been using them for a long time, and I currently feel they are a required for a pvp / hcf network to deal with screenshares and large staff meetings effectively.
• Screenshare / Staff guidlines are provided with this service. {Optional}.

What you need to offer:

• Some form of payment! Managers rarely work for free. I don't require large payments, so. You can provide a percentage of donations, or an up-front payment for my managment services.
• You need to be accessible and easy to talk to. This avoids awkward or potentially dangerous situations for your server, in which I need to contact the ownership team.
• A good base idea, or a good already made server. This avoids me being plastered with hate, and not being able to do my job... Shoddy development = more time dealing with complaints about Shoddy development.

I have various, but on the likes of HCF, RecklessMC was where I cut it off since I felt like it was not beneficial. I can provide proof of working for other servers and networks if required. But that will be provided upon consideration.
