CivilSMP is a towny based server with 50 players on average
Greetings, I'm the co-owner of the stated server looking for the following positions.
We are in need of the following positions. Some of their requirements are listed below:
Will be responsible for the overall performance of the staff team.
Must be the most active staff member of all.
Provide tasks for all of the managers to do & ensure the work is being completed on time.
Handle documentation such as staff guides & applications.
Work with the moderation team to ensure the rules of the server are being enforced.
Host meetings for the moderation team to keep them updated on the server's status.
Manage events for the server.
Interact with the community.
Organize partnerships with other Minecraft servers for possible cross-server events.
Find & Hire developers for tasks such as server configuration, plugin development, and system administration.
Provide tasks for all of the developers to do & ensure the work is being completed on time.
Provide input on what you think would be the best course of action for the server's developmental health.
Send out ads for the server to increase our player base.
Manager our shop & it's prices.
Provide input on what you think would be the best course of financial action for the server.
