And i also need skilled medieval builders wich in this case are Architects on my server

Of course!, so my goal is to make a tiny network if you can call it like that and i currently have 3 servers
1 is the hub server
2nd one is the small server that runs bungeecord
3rd is where i am gona be having all my minigames

im planning out to host a 4th server for survival

A mini-games server is not really creative, but people like mini-games, so why not.
I suggest that you redo a bit your original post because it seem a bit messy right now.
I don't know if I will apply or no, I'm still thinking about it.
