Hello everyone! My name is Dean but online I go by deanico.
I'll give a brief introduction of myself. After a few years of college I am now opening up yet another MC server, and am starting from the ground up once more. With that said, the server is almost completely finished with it's new custom plugins & all. Although I am looking to hire permanent developers to work solely for royaltycraft I can pay monthly or per map, in return we expect those developers to be soley at the RoyaltyCrafts team for disposal. Although, we dont mind side hustles and projects which you all need to generate income of course. All though no large projects can be involved that will take too much time. Please discuss it over if you have doubts about the project your taking on. On the other hand, from RoyaltyCrafts ideas that occur, obviously, bigger projects will have extra pay. Developer positions may also be contract based, but don't let that scare you! Even if you have never signed a contract before, it's simple and easy with terms I'm positive we can discuss and agree on.
