Looking For Media Department Manager + More

I've been working on a server called OverkillPvP for about a year now. We are into our 4th season as a factions server and we have always gotten a playerbase that could range from 20-60 on at any given time. We always kind of stuck around that size, until now. We recently had to re-launch the new season due to the first launch having a dupe glitch + many more bugs that needed to be fixed. As of now, we only really see about 15-30 on at any given time. We believe in the advertising of word through players to other players but it hasn't gone as planned. In short, OverkillPvP is seeking a manager for the Media Department. You'll work closely with me and the owner to get the server out there. We have money in place that the owner is willing to spend on youtubers, advertising, etc... we just need someone with expertise in that area to help guide us in the path.
