Mines.gg directs to a page with this twitter https://twitter.com/playminesgg and assuming the 1 person that the account follows is the owner so you can try to contact them through that.
Have tried got nothing, wanted to try get a email or discord contact for them.
Could be inactive or just not interested in selling. The domain was registered within the last 6 months so my guess is the owner has plans with it.
I believe Jamie was the last person who had mines.gg to my knowledge. Mine.gg is owned by a hosting company, you can contact them directly - though, I very much doubt that they're interested in selling it. Miner.gg is an existing server (https://minecraftservers.org/server/493068).
