Honestly, I've seen NoCheatPlus do much better (in all cases) than those paid anticheat plugin solutions out there.
NoCheatPlus is free, and will do it's job, at its best. So why not save money when you have a good anticheat available for free?
Best option to consider would be purchasing or hiring a legitimate person to make you a good, better NoCheatPlus configuration (considering the default configuration isn't that good).
Some of them will also recommend you to use ConditionalCommands (plugin available on SpigotMC) which execute commands when a certain condition is met (e.g. Ping, Server TPS/Performance, etc.).

It is dependent on ConditionalCommands as well.
Alternatively, what UltraColor said is correct. You should recruit good moderators that can keep and eye on alerts and players.
