Specs depend on how many players are being expected. Building & colo usually has a higher up front cost, but is better in long run ( IMO ). If its a well spec'd machine, it can be resold for profit if the MC servers fail. Also, 300$ a month is a better amount for hosting than most people on this forum.

If you are looking for a colocation, the guys at Legendary Host. Offer a London co lo and are very professional.
But if you are looking for a monthly payment to a host. I own 03Solutions which is mainly located in Germany and soon in the UK and US. I could hook you up with a 2-128GB Network plan if you want. You get full access, comes with a gamepanel of your choice and if you would require assistance I can personally assist you. But it’s ment to be opening January 1st 2019, If you need it sooner get a colo somewhere good or a host like Pebblehost would be the best. It’s one of the most reputable.
