However, I think this user is looking for a Minecraft plugin minigame. I can make in browser and custom minigames but I don't provide any Minecraft plugin development or Minecraft minigame development due to the fact that I don't have enough experience with the Bukkit or Spigot API yet. I do know some developers that may be willing to though. Let me know if you need contact with them.
