Looking for moderators and builders

I have created a server it can release soon however I need staff and a couple builders first since I cannot send links at the moment dm me 4Gpug life#0342 to get a link to the discord where you can apply for staff and builder.
I am also looking for youtubers who can upload video(s) on the server once it releases for the youtube rank on the server. No needed experience for moderator however it would be nice if you did and I will ask you to have experience for builder or just send me screen shots/videos of you're builds.
