Looking for Modmode

Hello guys im looking for a plugin that can do / contain the following

when you type the command
- /m
- /mod
- /staff
it with put you in a gamemode where you get items and cannot drop items, place, break, pvp, grab from creative menu. when you do mod again it takes you outta gamemode and tps you to spawn.

slot 1: compass [name: &cPhase]
slot 2: lime dye [run command /vanish][name: &cVanish]
slot 3
slot 4
slot 5: carpet [for better view] [name: &cRecording]
slot 6
slot 7
slot 8: nether star [Random teleport][name: &cRandomtp]
slot 9: blaze rod [freeze/ss][name: &cFreeze]

If you could make a freeze to go with it that puts in chat you are frozen pls join ts.blank.com
and make like an error sign.

and maybe above the hot bar say when your vanished
rn im using the plugin ultravanish

I was wondering if anyone could possibly do this for free if not my budget is 5$
