Looking For My Developer

My name is Jacob, I have owned Minecraft servers for almost 2 years now and my last one which generated 50 grand in only a 1 year and a half. (which isn't much compared to most servers now a days but its a good amount) Im looking for a developer / owner who will get an equity of the server for his developing skills / configuring skills. I have learned from my past servers the mistakes I have made and Im working on one of the greatest faction servers to exist. The server is almost 50% done, my last dev was too lazy and never got on. I need someone with an open schedule whos ready to make some serious doe. The good news is the server is mostly done, the bad news is your gonna have to code a well amount of plugins. I have already payed for everything, I just need another Owner/Dev and I hope your ready to take that spot. If you are busy and wont be able to get on that often don't bother adding me.

There are tons of reasons to lie.
The most popular one on this forum is getting free plugins and never making any donations therefore the developer doesn't get paid

I can guarantee donations and if the dev wants to be payed before hand, ill pay them obviously
