To host bungee, you are either looking at purchasing a few stand alone servers, then connecting them through a bungee server.
If you are looking to host them in one place, a VPS or Dedicated server would be the way forward. There are many people offering servers out there. I recommend staying out the way of fluctis, I could say the same about Contabo but they do offer extremely cheap servers, downside of Contabo is that they do not offer the amount of RAM they say they do. I have a 4TB Dedicated game server, I may be able to offer you some, contact me on discord: yellowdev#8352
