Looking for Network/Server

I want to say that I am just starting out in the plugin development scene but have been a web developer for 4 years and been doing java for 2 now. Read over spigot documentation and feel comfortable doing commands guis listeners(passive things such as stoping a specific block from being placed) and scoreboard. If you have a server with at least an average of 20+ daily players or an idea with most of the server setup I would like to help develop on your network for free. Additional Requirements:
Must also put time into the server
Must have basic things set up for the server such as a Buycraft Forum Discord and Builds.
Any plugin requests must not be able to be accomplished my existing plugins.
Server Owner must be 17+

I also reserve the right to decline any server as well as stop development on existing servers (Unless pay is provided)


Things that I don't believe I am Capable of doing.

Entity Manipulation (Custom Mobs)
Minigames (As i have not learned the best way to manage game states, if there are any fellow devs our there who have pointers on this I would love to know)
Anythings cross-server/bungee
Anythings MySQL(this is a grey area because i have worked with this in some areas but never incorporated it with a plugin. If you have a simple task that would involve MySQL)

I am looking for a network to stay long-term with and help/see it grow into a bigger server. (I would expect pay later down the road if we work together on an ongoing basis)

BungeeCord developing is easier then spigot developing. Its easy you just have to experiment and learn

I Don't doubt that it is easy maybe even easier but I am focussing on spigot for now but I will probably expand in the future.

It actually is. I am learning java for like 2 months and I know how to make spigot and bungeecord plugins. And I paid nothing. And watched maybe 4 vids about spigot and 2 about bungee and that's it. If you need help with bungee I can show you some stuff

Thanks for the offer but i just need to make time to look at the bungeecord api. Been busy doing other stuff.
