This is the owner of GuildedMc I am looking for a owner for a factions server.We are looking to be a successful factions server.We will be sharing 40/40 and the rest will go to the server, managers or developers.

Owner Requirements:
Must be 18 or Older
Must be mature and professional
Must be able to help grow the discord
Must be able to put some funds in to the server
Must be a good leader

I am have owned many Minecraft Servers and Networks doing staff management and Plugin Configuration; I only have very basic experience with java plugin and have paid plugins and I am willing to invest as well (depends on the server) and have connections with genuine promoters to promote discord.
I would like to know more information about your server that how much have you already invested in the server and is the server is getting any monthly revenue? and what is the monthly server maintenance cost?

The server has just started so we need to do some config in plugins and also advertise but I’m hoping around 700-1000 a month after advertising

Don't Invest in it is an inactive project with no work done on it ( they literally created discord and imported a map into a spigot jar server nothing else done)
Would not recommend to invest anything to it
