Looking for new server director / owner

Hey,
I've had this server, named TippieCraft, and I lost motivation and no longer have time to keep this server up and running but wouldn't want it to go to waste either. Hence I'd like to give someone the opportunity to run this server.

Server Details
Currently, the server is running 1.16.5 (should be updated preferably) and has an advanced survival genre, this includes things such as custom items, ores, slimefun, and world generation. In other words, modded Minecraft but with a vanilla client.

What do I need
If you're interested please make sure you at least:
- Have some experience with texture packs (this is required since we need to merge the slimefun texturepacks with itemsadder texturepacks).
- Have some experience with server hosting (we run on a dedicated Linux server with 16 GB ram, this requires extra effort in scripts and such. Most is already set up though it wouldn't hurt if you'd be experienced with this).
- Have experience with plugins and such (I don't have time to answer tons of questions regarding this, I do not mind helping out of course but my priorities are elsewhere)
- Come up with a new name for this server (I prefer the name to be changed)

What do you get
- You'll get full FTP access to the server files and the ability to access certain folders and commands on the dedicated server.
- After you came up with a new name I'll take care of the domain names and anything else needed financially. (Keep in mind the budget is not very high, so don't expect me to buy 10 20 dollar plugins, we already do have quite a few licenses to plugins such as litebans and itemsadder).
- If the server is making a profit this will be fairly shared with you.
- You do not have to worry about financial details as I'll be continuing to manage that and pay for the dedicated server's hardware, you will not have to pay anything if the server makes a loss either.

Closing note
I hope to find anyone motivated, creative, and fairly experienced to take over the responsibilities of the server and/or start something new. If you have any questions or are interested please DM me via discord or send me an email.
