WHY I would make a good staff memeber? I can be a good staff member because I am a very tolerant person that can deal with hackers if they join TS in a bad mood.I can be a very active staff member and I have had previous experience being a helper on other servers or on rare cases an Admin. I have played on lots of servers in minecraft and played against lots of hackers and i have first hand experience on identifying hackers, I have ran into atleast 100+ hackers while playing minecraft and I can pretty much automatically tell whether someones hacking or not.
Three things that describe me:Tolerant I am a very tolerant person i can stay calm in pretty much any situation and I can solve the situation in a calm manor. Kind I am also a very kind person and im pretty easy to make friends with for example at times when im searching for a youtube collab partner normally it would take around 2 or 3 days to get to know that person but it usually takes around 25 mins of playing games with them to get to know them.Friendly i am a very friendly person and i can make friends with a lot of people pretty easily
Previous experience: I have worked on 5-6 servers i cant remember all of them but i worked on this server called creeps craft owned by a 9k youtuber the server had a playerbase of 20-50 and I had a admin role on the server i banned atleast 5 or 6 hackers before the owner stopped recording on the server and it died out. The next server i used to have a staff role on was called crimson with a 10-30 playerbase once again I had a admin postion and there were some people who tried to hack or force op on the server but i knew there trick and was able to ban them. I might not have the best experince in the world but i do know all the commands that are used while being a staff member.
Extra Info: I own a youtube channel with 335 subs and I have a youtube rank on three 100+ playerbase servers one is called ostiapvp although I might not have a staff rank I am still a pretty decently known person in the community and I am very active on the server i have made friends with 3 staff and I have talked with the owner before even though Im not staff on the server i still get along with staff like I am one.
