Brand new city roleplay server WealthMC is in need of developers, knowledge on configuring is needed, coding is not needed but would be great.
Not paid, unless our server is successful you will not be paid.

Why should someone work for you for free when they can find other people to pay them for their time and work? Also, if you can't even afford developers, how can you afford advertisements to get players?

I think it's ironic that the server is called WealthMC but they can't pay for developers.

Just want to add. This is a MARKET (means $$$ transactions), not a freeloader's paradise. Go use the PlanetMinecraft forums and find someone there.

If you need free work, I suggest you try taking some Java courses yourself, or following a few tutorials. Asking for free service here doesn't work well. I do hope your server does well though!
