Looking for OP Factions Config/Setup

I'm looking to pay someone to configure and setup a OP Factions server for me. I have access to a userbase who doesn't have access to a large amount of good quality servers so nothing amazing is needed just the kind of features you would expect in a standard OP Factions server (Crates, SilkSpawners, GroupManager, Buycraft etc)
