I recommend you to provide a lot more information then just that if you're looking for a searious owner. You didn't state if the server was ever released, what's the servers name do you have graphic for it or not. What gamemodes does your server have so people can know how many ram servers need. How will the sales work do you share income 50% each or something else. Do you have a website done and a more....

People appreadiciate when they get as much info as possible, that way you'll see who is really interested and who isn't.
You could have also put this in Support & Server staff because you're seeking for an owner. Since it's allready done you could keep it here I guess.
