Looking for Owner [Survival] - Pre-Launch

Hey BBB! On behalf of IAmTheOwen and I, we are looking for another owner to join us on creating a Minecraft server, Cyphiric. Our server is currently based around survival but in the future we are looking to possibly to do Lifesteal and such (which is mostly setup already). We are mainly focusing on the player experience rather than doing a quicksell heavy p2w server. We will try be planning and working towards high community engagement to create something special for the players within the server. We already have branding, domain, discord, vps, etc so investment from the new owner would not be required or likely minimal but this would depend on how we all plan together. The server is mostly ready to open for beta, it would just need marketing. The reason we are looking for a third owner is due to time & strengths and as to why we have delayed launch: I was a bit busy at school and some other work with the final push towards the end while Owen had some time consuming IRL stuff. I am mainly proficient in marketing, social media, community engagement, video editing, etc. Owen is mainly proficient in config, server management, etc.

We are willing to do a 1/3rd revenue split for each person but anything would be discussed before making a final decision.

What we are looking for in the third owner:

• Basic config skills
• Actively available
• Dedicated
• Engaging with Community
• Mature, understanding, chill, etc

What could be good (not needed):

• Advanced configing
• Past experience in ownership
• Marketing experience
