Of course they will be put in place (eContracts). You/the owner(s) will not be kicked out, as all domains will be put on one account, and all owners will have access to it. All the machines will also be put on that email, and all the owners phone numbers will also be put on the e-mail for security reasons.

Decided I will funding most of the project myself, & that I'd open up to potential co-workers.
- I'd need two owners, both being able to fund anywhere from $100-600 in total after the project goes public.
- Both owners would have access to:
* (full) forums administrative access, subuser on main box hosting proxies + redis, domain access
* (semi) access to all of the boxes hosting hubs + gametypes[DOUBLEPOST=1470804761][/DOUBLEPOST]
- I'd need two owners, both being able to fund anywhere from $100-600 in total after the project goes public.
- Both owners would have access to:

Web developers were recently paid, and developers have completed the actual framework / game API. I estimate the network to release in 1-3 months.

In all honesty, it's completely possible to make $40,000 in one month running a quality server. Just look at some of the more popular servers like arkham network and cosmic (I've worked for both so I know what I'm saying). Before EULA rules were put into affect I know for a fact these servers were making $800k plus yearly. Hope you find an investor man.

In terms of real world situation what kind of partnership contract will established to set out the outlying responsibilities, profit as well as loss distribution of each partner.
Also what are we going to lose/gain in the unfortunate occurrence of liquidation of the companies assets.
Or profit sharing basis as well?
(Obviously) going to be a limited liability partnership. If the money you put in this project is not regained, I will pay you it back personally. There's going to be an eContract, so I am very serious about this.

I'm sorry 19 year old man that is on his computer all day, Minecraft is a game for kids.
Hey I would look into this if I had the money, as I have the time needed for a project like this I just don't have the money. Not having money is a very limiting factor in the internet. So many opportunities gone by that fail and I would not like to see this one go. Although I am only 15 and that may seem young but I have 3 years of server developing under my belt. I am currently working on my own project to get the feeling of the original prison with the modern minecraft. Me and my friend are also very good builders.
My friend here also does hand drawn graphics for free for me.
And he can do rendered graphics when I ask,

I've worked for a hosting company as a live support, I've setup MC servers on linux CentOS 6 dedicated servers, and I know how to use a dedicated server. I am also learning PHP so I can help edit the forums if needed.

He is saying if all the assets of the company are terminated in any way. By you, hackers, lack of funding. I think that's what he means anyways.
By liquidation i mean if the entire project was bust and you were to sell everything you had like domains custom, plugins, builds, server, etc would partners have to carry the burden of paying of any outstanding bills and or loans at the time as well as any other fees that incur.
Although you say that you will personally pay us back our investment is helpful we still don't know your personal cash flow or reputation.
Also true making an eContract is an option that shows your some what interested but it also comes to the of if it will be written up by a lawyer or amoung yourselves.
What I am saying is that why is he surprised that there are so many kids here, because mc is a game targeted towards children
