Looking for owners/partners with various expertise

I'm looking for a partner or partners to help create a server with me. I need someone who can fill in for my weaknesses when managing a server. I have never been great at advertising/networking to get my servers popular (my biggest weakness), and I could use someone who is a good builder (not as important), I am only a little above average in that department. My area of expertise lies within the creation of the server itself, the configuration and coding of custom plugins, etc. I have owned many servers that are briefly successful/popular before the playerbase inexplicably dies.

What I need from a partner is someone who knows how to network and grow/keep a playerbase. You would be the face of the server, while I would kind of be in the background, coding, configuring, and all of the backend stuff.

By myself, my servers usually pull in $50-200 a day, and average 25 players, peaking at 40. Tons of potential if I had a partner who is good at advertising/networking.
