Position: Owner (Hired, Pay 10 USD Per Week)
My first time being a "Hired" Owner. Original Owner was sick so I needed to take care of the server for him. Gained lots of fresh new experience and understanded how server basically works. In the start I was a bit nervous and scared because my first handling the role of a server, but luckily the player count wasn't that much, but as time goes on the player count rises and my experience to different things in the server has raised as well. I got the hang of controlling and taking care of the server so more and more players had join into game. But as because the original creator was sick very badly and had to shut server, we all had to leave. I do miss that server because it is full fill with great players!

Having a fun time in here. Wasn't to hard for me being in this role as because I have been Owner before once and handled way harder things then this role so I was in the hang of it. But as always I did gain lots more experience, like handling hacks, exploit, bug abuse, some kind of ways to get away with security system. Also handling players lying to staff member and disrespect staff. These experience was very helpful for me to succeed in future servers. Server had to shut down because of copying other server things. The other server had sufficient proof to shut our server.

Since in this server I am Mod so I wasn't handling any important stuff, just handling banning and muting people, I have to be ready at all times to show players proof why I am ban then as a must that announced by the server. Handling different tiny arguments that have been created. This server was that great for me because server staff was being very biased and mean to me because I am from Hong Kong which is part of China. Don't get whats the problem of being a Chinese? I left the server myself because of personal grade problems but didn't regret of leaving because the server is bad and mean to players from some country in the world.

Position: Trial-Mod (Hired, Not Payed)
I went there just to refresh all the experience that I gained in the past. Had a great time there, the server Owner was one of our MineSaga player. So I went there just to help him get players in and make their server rock and roll. I quit the job then because I want to apply MineSaga and I think there wasn't enough room for me to extend or show better experience or skills to leader that I am capable of being higher position. Players was to less but the staff member count was a lot. Overall had a great time in that server!

I am always loyal to one server I don't mess up their server or dig away all there players to play another server. I am just here to help and no other aims like targeting on players that I hate or show-off or flex my helper rank or any higher. I never try to even leak server staff information or even team info. I have been applying for this staff role for a long time, from the first time that I don't even know how to write a staff application to writing a way better staff application.
What I can bring to Server!
I can bring lots of ideas to different server although some of them are insane ideas that might not be achieved. I can make this server more of a peaceful server with no hates of each other. Most of the time if a staff is online, not many people will dare to swear or do something bad because the staff is here, this is why I say I perfectly fit in this position because I am willing to spend most of my time on this game.
