Looking for paid staff in sales

My business established in late 2018 offering web-design and website hosting around the world. While growth has been strong, it can always be better. My business for reference is Obble Hosting

I'm looking for some staff to work on sales for the business. I pay on a commission basis with bonuses per month depending on performance of up to $500 AUD (on top of commission).

Included as part of working with us is free web-hosting as long as you recruit one customer per month (Worth $5-15 AUD/month). Commission paid is 10% per sale, for web-design or web-hosting from any referred customer.

For reference, here's some pricing of services plus your share:
- Starter Hosting Annual - $55 = $5.50 commission every year
- Intermediate Hosting Annual - $110 = $11 commission every year
- Unlimited Hosting Annual - $165 = $16.50 commission every year
- Basic website design - $400 = $40
- eCommerce website design - $1000+ = $100+

In addition to above, bonuses are offered:
$500 Sales = $25 Bonus (On top of your 10%)
$1,500 Sales = $100 Bonus (On top of your 10%)
$5,000 Sales = $500 Bonus (On top of your 10%. Essentially = 20% total at the 5k mark)

You receive commission for the lifetime of the customer. Sign them up in 2019, and they're still paying annually in 2029? You get 10% of every invoice.
