Looking for Partner ($200 Budget)

I've decided that I am ready to begin my own project in terms of creating my own server/network, BUT I'd like to do this with a partner (Co-Owner). Im looking for someone who is ambitious, dedicated, and willing to compromise. I am currently working with a budget of $200, and I'd like to find someone to work with that also has a budget so that we may pool together to create something really great!
