I think you worded the title a bit wrong
It implies that you are a web developer looking for one more web developer to work together yet your description implies that the whole thing will be done by someone who joins you
Other than that is the position paid upfront or would we be relying on the income of the project itself

A system to process certain heuristic checks and a REST API to request the data from a server as well as a lookup system to check records in a database (MongoDB).
The title implies I am looking for a web development partner. I am also a web developer but would rather only code the client-side application in C++/Java. Changed it anyways since I guess some people might not understand it. It says "Partner", it's not going to be paid upfront but payment will come fairly quick.
