Looking for partner for a finished (prison) server

I'm looking for a potential partner to co-own a prison server that is relaunching. Server averaged 100-200 players in the past & had good income.

Mainly I am looking for someone able to commit more time (& be experienced) to community management, marketing, .. front end. I am currently developing it so it's not a requirement to know how to code, but it could help.
Budget is not an issue for this server, but owning a server alone is too difficult to focus on alone.

Requirements:
1. You are at least 16 and can act as an adult
2. Experience with marketing/community management & a role in leadership
3. Splitting costs & profit 50/50 (this means you need a budget to contribute)
4. You aren't doing it for money- this is meant to be long-term, not for quick money. The server is not a pay to win cash grab.
