I am looking for someone who has a lot of experience on discord to help me start a discord server that makes a profit via paid ads and sponsored giveaways. As a reward for helping me out you will get paid 50% of our profits via any service you would like.

Uhhh, you're going to want to build some reputation first before offering this.

If I were interested, I'd require actual ownership of the Discord and be the one receiving the funds. Why? Because I do not know you, nor do you have any valid reputation here. Plus your account is also brand new still.
