What ranks are going to be available?
1. OWNER : The owner, will have access to ingame and outside commands. (Console & op)
2. CO-OWNER: It will be all investors that have more than 30%, access to in-game commands and Console.
3. ADMISTRATOR : Will have access just to ingame commands. (OP)
4. MODERATOR : Will make things in order (Ban,kick,silence, fly)
5. DEVELOPERS : Some special rights for tech stuff.
6. MEMBER: All people that join starts on this rank.
7. Youtuber: For all youtuber channels over 5k
8. DONATOR : All people that buys something on the shop

What is the role of an investor?
The role of an investor will depend on how much percentage they will contribute:
More than 30%
· They will play a role like CO-OWNER of the server.
· Must be actively in-game
· Will earn the respective percentage of the profits (Example this month profit was 1000 USD , and he earned the 35% , his cut will be of 350 USD )
· Will be allowed to join the board, his votes will count 2x for any decision
Less than 30%
· They will play a role of MODERATOR of the server
· Does not necessarily be active in the server
· Will earn the respective percentage of the profits (Example this month profit was 1000 USD , and he earned the 10% , his cut will be of 100 USD )
· Will be allowed to join the board, his vote will count 1x for any decision.
How is going to work the split of the money?
Each end of month the profit made, first will be used to pay the server bills (60 USD aprox), all the surplus left will be the earnings of all the investors .
Example: This month profit was of 500 USD
Server bills: 60. USD TOTAL REMAIN: 440 USD
Owner cut (60%): 264 USD
Investor cut (Let’s say he has 30%): 132 USD
How can the investors trust me?
The investor concerning to trespassing the money that are going to invest , for they be more confident they can trespassing directly to the service that will be used for example this week we need to hire a developer , the investor will pay directly the developer.
Who is going to manage the bills accounts?
The bills accounts will be manage by the owner of the server; also he is going to be in charge of splitting the money.
What is going to be the advertise plan for the server?
The advertisement plan for the server, will be paying youtubers for make series on the “faction game mode” on the way of “LiveStream”, our plan is have 7 youtubers hired for just one month with a range of 50k+ subs, so each day we are going to have a YT on the server with lots of people playing it, by the end of the month be expect already have 100-130 player base.
