If you wanna create a team of graphic designers, you need to come up with a good unique name for your team, if you want to have someone to join. Also, you need to polish up your payment system.

You can't get freelancers for your team if you don't have a name for it yet, also the set commission rate for Sales Reps and Freelancers. Recommended Freelancer rate are 80%, 85%, and 90%
