Looking for People that setup servers!

Hey !

I want an UHC server.
If any Developer or anyone could just help me out, that would just be great, It doesn't have to be with a lot of extra stuff, just the basic UHC plugins, Whenever you kill someone he drops a head and you should be able to make a Golden head out of that, whenever you die you will be able to spectate in a 250x250 radius. /team plugin, and some extra things like a FFA world to warmup and stuff like that.

Once again i'll point out the plugins i would like to have:

-Being able to craft Golden heads
-Some kind of FFA world
-Spectating Plugin whenever you die (or if you didnt play the game(must be invisible))
-Team plugin
-A plugin to reset the world
-Random world generating
-No Lagg
-Whitelist (essentials)
-Some kind of donation feature (joining when the server is full)
-Statistics for UHC wins/kills etc.
-Hearts in tab behind the player's name. (if possible a /heal or /hearts or /h NAME)

EDIT: If you can't install all of the plugins listed above, that would be fine. Just specify which ones you cant install.

Edit 2: My budget isnt too big, I cant pay a lot, I hope someone that likes doing this could help me out for free or a low price, i would really appreciate it! And once again, i know its not alot but you will keep a special rank on my server and There will be playing some youtubers on! (28k, some around 10k, 5,6,7,8k) ^_^
