Hello MC-Market,

I am looking to start up a hosting company. We are looking for a long-term system admin that is willing to have per-project pay (preferably below $20 per, for medium-sized projects.) starting out, then possibly regular pay after we start to take off.

If accepted you will be a part of the business. So we'd expect you to represent us accordingly.

If you are interested please submit an application at https://www.craterhost.com/redir/apply

your going to have a tough time to have someone go on a per project basis but represent your brand. but Donut could this if you just need someone to help you set up.

What we mean by represent our brand is not charging us $20 for a two-second project, so basically just be reasonable.

Obviously $20 for a 2 second job would be unreasonable. But you are paying for the experience and expertise, not the time it takes. So even if it takes 10 minutes, paying ~$10 is pretty standard and reasonable. People with certifications will charge even more, but you probably don't need a certified professional if you're doing what you call '2 second jobs' so you should be able to find someone reasonable. SagnikS has done good work for me on occasion at good rates.
