Looking for PEX configuration developer that will work for a vouch

Hello,

Today we need someone to set up PEX for our OP prison server. This person must work for free and live in the United States,Canada or UK if you live in a place like Australia we do not want you. This is because of Timezone differences and when people in Australia are awake we are usually asleep. You also must meet these requirements to help

1. Age must be 13+
We are looking for people of the age 13+ because people under the age of 12 seem to be less mature and get upset quite easily.However, here can be exceptions on how you behave on the server and how many warnings, mutes, etc you have.The less you have the more likely you are to have an exception be made.However we expect maturity at all times.
2.Must have a working microphone
We require a microphone because there are going to be times when we have staff meetings and you're going to have to participate.
3. Skype
We will be using Skype for most staff meetings and will be talking for at least a half an hour during those meetings.

4. Discord

This is required in case something is wrong with Skype. Then we can still talk in chat and along with the players
The requirements below are for people who wish to become full time developers. These people must meet the requirements above as well as below.

Also the people who want to become a pex development must be able to work for free.
6. Must be able to work for free
Currently you must be able to work for free or for buycraft store vouchers
This is because we currently only have funds to pay for the server however, if we do get enough donations we will start paying developers and maybe builders.

We are also looking for a developer or two to work on the server if you are interested PM me on Skype or discord

Your asking someone to work for free, Yet they have to live in a specific place, Be a cirtain age, ect this is only done when people are being paid, Not doing for free, No one is going to do this as you have so many requirements and pex can sometimes be a tricky thing to do, So i highly doubt anyone is going to do this for free.
