Hello,

I have a business called Season Changing Apparel, and I am looking for a Photoshop designer that can do something like this:

Looking for designers that can make cartoonish photos like this that don't interfere with trademarks or copyright.

(I will not go first, unless very reputable. If I do not like the design, I have the right to have a refund if I already paid, or right to not pay (watermark before I make final pay))

Well if it is quality and what I wanted, then I'll obviously pay for it. I don't see why I would pay for something that looks ugly.
