Looking for plugin developer and help setting up installed plugins.

Hello everyone,

My name is Jonas / jonaas13, I'm the owner of Minearchy.
Minearchy is a medieval/fantasy MMORPG Minecraft server.
We are currently a team of about 15 members consisting mostly of builders.
I'm experienced with Minecraft hosting and plugin configuration, also have some knowledge about writing plugins and java.

The main part of the map we're planning to release in public alpha with is mostly done.
The thing is not all people have the knowledge of how all the currently installed plugins work and how to write spigot/paper or bungeecord plugins.
I'm doing a lot on my own and I would like some help with the server.
We have a decently maintained lore and documentations folder of the planned features etc.

Our budget is not that high atm but I'm willing to pay with my own money.

I'm a new user so I can't post images or links but I have screenshots and a dynmap of the server. Also we have a website.
