Looking for plugin developer(s)

Greetings!

I'm currently looking for developer(s) for an upcoming MMORPG project.
Summary: This project is being made in partner with a streamer and it's going to be the first server in its region/country, so probably other streamers and their communities will join.
I'd like to say it's not paid sadly at this point in time (yes, I know it probably sounds ridiculous for the size of this project but it is what it is sadly.)
Whoever wants to join this project, they are more than welcome.

Requirements
Age: 16+ would be best
Experience: At least 6 months to a year with an understanding of what the MMORPG genre is and the Spigot/Paper API.
