Welcome to the official ZypherMC staff thread.

Here is the place to apply! Why to apply, and what you get as a proud staff member of the server. With a friendly community and high experience.​

Staff Expectations!​

• ZypherMC does not expect staff to be working every single moment on the server, but during gameplay we ask you to keep these few things in mind and perform them whenever possible. Higher ranks also inherit the requirements from previous ranks.
  

• However, if we feel like you're not fulfilling part of your duties, you will receive a verbal warning for improvement. Otherwise, you may be unsuitable for a staff position and may be demoted.
  
  
• Please, communicate with each other by using the Discord. Teamwork is what will keep this server stable. You must actively take part in discussions, especially those in the staff chat, as important issues about the future of the server is discussed.
  
  
• Please try to spend at least thirty minutes a day on the community, to keep up with everything.

Available positions!

Before you apply, take a look at what positions we have open:

Media designer:

Amount needed: 1-2

Will create promotional videos, images, banners and more to promote the server. Will keep up with what the players love and hate, and propose ideas.

Builder:

Amount needed: 2+

Will build landscapes, structures and anything else the server may need. Will propose new ideas for build concepts.

Social Media [Twitch, Youtuber, Mixer…(We require a minimum of 1K)]:

Amount needed: 1+

Will frequently make content on the server. Will take part in giveaways. (Don't worry we take care of the prizes.) Will support the server and encourage others to do the same.

Developer:

Amount needed: 1+ [This includes config devs and plugins devs]

This role maintain the server pretty much since they’re reliable for all the server plugins.

How to apply!

Since we would like to keep our applications private, we will give you the application link:

1. Once you’ve joined our official Discord group just use the command ?apply in #commands if the command doesn’t work be sure to tag a staff member!

2. Once we’ve reviewed your application we will decide if you are suitable for the role, if you get denied you will be private messaged by a higher tier staff.

3. If you are accepted you will get the role Trainee, where you will be sent into an interview.

4. If the interview is successful, you will have your Helper but once again if you are not suitable for the role you will be private messaged!


Note: Make sure not to request a review of your application as it could be instantly denied.


Requirements (We can make exceptions!):

You must be at least 14.You must have access to decent internet of course, recording software (We care about FPS than quality) and a microphone. You must have discord.
