I am looking for someone to create a logo for a plugin.

Detials:
Open book with random runes/enchants floating above it.
In front text saying EliteEnchantments
Aura and some cool effects around the logo

Budget: Looking to spend $20-30 since that is how much all my other logo cost but am willing to go higher
Also the artist will be given credit on the plugin page and if wanted can recieve a free copy.
