Looking for plugin

Hi guys, I'm looking for a plugin for prisons that adds a cell value every 50k blocked mined or anything that I set it to. We don't want the value to be gained through placing blocks purely just mining.
If there is a plugin for this out there could someone please link me to it or message me on discord @ThatNamesOG#6996 if you think you could make something that I'm looking for.
