Looking for plugins

Hello.
I currently opened a server and am looking for up-coming plugin developers or people who want to show off their skills and cool plugins. I am looking for people who can make a couple plugins for free that would want their services advertised on my server and discord. This would let people see what you can do and what you are willing to do.

What i am looking for:
- People with already made plugins that would be cool to have on a server.
- People who can make custom plugins for free to show off what they can do to the community.
