Looking for Plugins

Hey, I had some cool ideas that I could add to my server and I am looking for a developer who would be able to turn them into reality. If you are able to make any of these please DM me and also include how much you would charge for it and how long it would take to make. Or if you know any plugins that already exist out their please DM me,

Spawner Upgrades
I am looking for a spawner upgrades plugin that will allow the player to upgrade let say for example their Iron Golem Spawner to let say drop Diamonds. It would work on the premise that the player would start out with an Iron Golem Spawner that spawns "Iron Golems" that then drop iron but they can then right click the spawner and upgrade their Iron Golem Spawner to Emerald. Once they have upgraded the Iron Golems that spawn from the spawner will drop Emeralds upon death.

Tower Stacker
The player will be able to type in the command /stacker 1 (The number would be the level). Once they have done so and if they have the permission whenever they will place blocks it will stack upwards, the number of blocks stacked would depend on the level, for example.
Level 1 - 3 Blocks Stacked
Level 2 - 5 Blocks Stacked
Level 3 - 7 Blocks Stacked

Custom Minions
I have a minion plugin that makes the minion mine ores but I am also looking for minions that will attack mobs and then drop all the loot and exp into chest that the player has linked up with.

MobHopper
It would be something like the CropHopper but with a twist. It would kill all the mobs in the chunk that it is placed in and then all the loot would go into the hopper and then transferred to a chest if attached.
