Hello! First, I'd like to say that I know I've posted a few things recently regarding a few servers. Here's the thing, I think its time that I just start my own server and see where it takes me. If you'd like more information on previous servers or those two previous servers we can discuss it privately in DMS!
**INTRODUCTION**

Hello! My name is Hannah and I'm 18 years old. I have a history with MineCraft some good some bad. Of course, I started playing when I was like 13 years of age. That being said, some stuff I have no recollection of! I started out playing Hypixel and I branched out to a lot of previous servers who helped me grow to be the person I am now. I have learned form previous mistakes some big, some small and I have learned to handle things better in certain situations. Quite often, servers I have joined I would leave due to lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and simply because sometimes I felt unheard. Not only that, I was often mistreated because of my gender. I formally work with staff management and I would be doing this on my upcoming server. I do not have any development experience but I can understand it and help out with ideas. I can set up a full functional discord, and create documents with no problem at all!
I have been doing management for 6+ years off and on between MineCraft and Roblox. I've also worked as a Discord Moderator for certain servers. My upcoming server will have a bunch of ideas, and work that needs to be done. I have not yet started the idea for it, nor have I thought of a name. I wanted to find someone who would be willing to tag along with me and help set things up as we go! If you're not interested in Co-Owner we can also discuss other positions! The type of Co-Owner I am potentially looking for is someone who has better knowledge about the development side of things. I am not asking for money, or anything like that. It's more of someone who has different knowledge than me.
I am very professional. From learning from my past experiences I have realized that not cracking down on specific things makes the server go wack! Some of the ways I would run my server is all about organization and rules. Sometimes it can get annoying if you wanna think of it that way but in the long run it stays non-toxic. I am looking for a non-toxic staff team and community to work with for a better future.
The only thing I ask is that you're above the age of 17 for the Co-Owner position. Any other position needs to be 15+! Again, I'm literally starting from the ground up! If you're interested lets talk.
As a side note hopefully I can create a better resume, or document for everyone to look at instead of this. I'm sure there many grammar mistakes. Can't wait to see all the wonderful people interested. Talk soon!
