Looking for PotPvP (possibly UHC too) Network Partner

I'll keep this summary short and simple; I'm looking for an experienced partner to own a large upcoming network called Alarha. This won't be a learning experience, I'll only be accepting or even considering people that have actually owned a nice server/network in the past that didn't die on the first day.

There aren't many requirements, but the requirements are essential if you want to be an owner at Alarha. People like Foallow (http://prntscr.com/f6ybrp) who just have money and expect to get owner on any server won't have a chance. Obviously, I won't be the only one who invests money into the server, I can't fund all of it myself.

- You cannot redistribute (give, resell, leak, etc.) any files given access to once you have access to the FTP and such.
- All donations are used to fund the server until we have the spare profit to be split equally with both owners.
- You cannot take donations directly from players, all transactions are done through Buycraft and sent to the server PayPal, not yours.
- All the money that we want to use/invest with will go into the server PayPal and we'll buy what we need with that, not yours.
- You cannot make any big/major updates/changes to the server without informing me first.
- You cannot use leaked files as they could be ratted and are usually extremely outdated.
- You cannot player spoof or ever suggest spoofing.
- You cannot post anything on our social media(s) (ex: Twitter) that's false.
- As a team, we must work together and not be toxic/immature to each other. This is something that I'd really appreciate, server owners who are toxic towards each other is never good.
- You cannot give players permissions. You cannot give staff ranks or media ranks to a friend or player without a good reason to do so.
- Owners can be demoted, just because you're promoted to owner now doesn't mean it'll last forever. Just keep up a good job and this won't come into consideration. This also applies for me.
- Investments into the server are not guaranteed back. Investing into anything that you hope to receive profit from is never guaranteed back.
- You cannot give ANYONE access to the FTP, Buycraft, admin logins, etc. If we catch you doing this, you will instantly be demoted unless you have valid proof it wasn't you.
- You must keep your account secure. If your account is shared with a friend, tell me.
- You must do everything that the staff guide says to do. This also means you can't screenshare just because you're an owner, most of the bans/screenshares are by the staff team, not the owners/managers.

Those are the main points, but if you're smart enough you'd know what's right and what's wrong.

The hub and practice server is almost done. The ranks, teamspeak, Buycraft, Twitter, domains, etc. are completely setup and ready to be used.

Not anymore. You're inactive after you told me you're on "24/7", but you just play Factions, Arcane, worked on another server without informing me. It also said in the staff guide stating that you cannot be a staff member on another server, which you said you read. I've also been told you've griefed servers and attempted to grief a friend's server, but I'm not sure that's 100% true.

I took you back because I thought you were being honest about actually having interest in the server, I really doubted you actually wanted to help but I wanted to see how it'd go, that's why I never gave you console or anything besides the rank.

I have experience in UHC servers is there a possibility for me to own specifically the UHC section? I have owned UHC servers that used to peak at 200 players.

• HellenicUHC - 140 players
• RintUHC - 60 Players

The UHC part would be later, I want to start with PotPvP to sort of gain a PvP playerbase, then expand into other aspects such as UHC, Factions, etc.
