Looking For PracticePvP Plugin Similar to Kohis Practice Server [Budget $300]

Hello as i had recently made a thread on this but i realized if i really want a practicepvp server i am gona half to pay alot more than $100 so i am upping my budget to $300
ALSO if you are a dev and you can make me a custom exclusive plugin i will do that to.

I am looking for a practicepvp plugin very similar to kohis practice2.0 server

Plugin Requirements:
- /duel [you can duel players by typing /duel [players name]
-Ranked & Unranked
-Party System 2v2, 3v3, party vs party,Party Battle,Party Free for all!
-/spectate able to spectate any players game or partys game
-a que system so a diamond sword for ranked & iron sword for unranked in your hotbar & when you click them it brings up a GUI for all the kits then you select one of the kits and it puts you in a que for ranked & unranked and both the swords iron for unranked and diamond sword for ranked need to be in your hotbar
-stats
-scoreboard
-Plugin Must not be TrainingPvP,SharpPractice & Dynamic PvP
-Kit Editor- players can edit kits to there likings
- Clickable chat messages
-Must Be Exclusive
-after a 1v1 is over must have a clickable msg to check what the person had in his inventory left

didnt i just end a skype call with you like an hour ago. We talked about a price of 100 for a plugin like this that you would consult with your partner. Why bump the price higher?
